The general settings page (Settings > General) allows for the configuration of multiple system wide settings.
Document Settings Tab
Save Text Capture Fields: Enabling this option will send text from data capture fields back to the TROY SecureRx cloud server. This option must be enabled for captured data to be shown on the authentication portal.
Print Agent Settings Tab
Capture Documents: Enabling this option will send a copy of the secured document back to the TROY SecureRx cloud server. This option must be enabled for the document to be shown on the authentication portal.
Send Audit Logs: Enabling this option will send general audit information back to the TROY SecureRx cloud server. If this option is turned off, records of printed documents will not be sent to the cloud server.
Sync Interval (seconds): This setting controls how often data is synced between the TROY SecureRx cloud server and the print clients. This includes records of documents printed and print agent settings.
To prevent data collision the print client will not begin a new server sync if another sync process is currently being executed.
Site Settings Tab
Locale: Certain location specific settings (such as language specific fonts) are enabled based on the locale setting. Not having a locale set will not negatively impact the system.
Time Zone: Certain reports can be customized to your time zone. Not having a time zone set will not negatively impact the system.
Session Timeout: Users will be automatically logged out of the system after this many minuted of inactivity. Setting this filed to 0 disables the automatic logout.
Portal URL: The custom URL for your authentication portal. Contact TROY Technical Support if this URL needs to be changed.
API Key: These keys are needed for API access to the TROY SecureRx system. Contact your TROY SecureRx Account Manager or Sales Engineer for additional information on our API.
Security Key: This QR code is needed to register your company with the TROY SecureDocs mobile App.
